Salytic Solutions, LLC (“we”, “us”), operating as Bloom Automate, provides an AI-powered call answering and lead intake service to local service businesses. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how to opt out.

What we collect

From callers to our client businesses:

Your phone number
Your name, service address, and a description of the work you're requesting
Photos and videos you choose to send by text message
Audio recordings and written transcripts of your call

From our business clients:

Business name, contact name, business address, email, and mobile number
Billing information, processed by our payment provider. We do not store card numbers.

Why we collect it

To answer calls on behalf of the business you called, capture your request accurately, and pass a written summary — including any photos you send — to that business so they can call you back. That is the entire purpose. We do not use your information to market anything to you.

SMS and text messaging

When you call one of our client businesses, our automated receptionist may invite you to text photos of the job to the same number. Texting us is your choice and it starts the conversation.
Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

The business you called. That's the point of the service.
Service providers that operate the product on our behalf — telephony, messaging, storage, and AI processing vendors — under contracts limiting them to that purpose.
Legal — where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Call recordings, transcripts, photos, and lead records are retained while your request is active and for a limited period afterward for service quality and dispute resolution, then deleted. Business client account records are kept for the life of the account plus any period required for tax and accounting purposes.

Your choices

Stop texts: reply STOP.
Access or delete your information: email sean@bloomautomate.com. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we hold, to request deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We honor these requests regardless of where you live.

Children

The service is not directed to anyone under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We'll update this page and change the “last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated to business clients directly.
