The service

Salytic Solutions, LLC, operating as Bloom Automate, provides an AI-powered call answering and lead intake service to local service businesses. Our automated receptionist answers calls on a client business's behalf, captures the caller's request, invites the caller to text photos of the job, and delivers a written summary to the business owner.

We do not quote prices. All pricing, scheduling commitments, and the performance of any work are solely between the caller and the business they contacted. We are not a party to that agreement and are not a contractor, broker, or agent for either side.

SMS program terms

Program: lead intake and follow-up messaging for callers to our client businesses, and lead notifications to business owners.
Opt-in: callers are invited during a phone call to text photos to the number they dialed; texting that number begins the conversation. Business owners opt in at account signup.
Frequency: varies by conversation. This is not a recurring broadcast program.
Cost: we don't charge for messages. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
Opt out: reply STOP to stop messages. Reply HELP or email sean@bloomautomate.com for help.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported carriers may change without notice.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to send unlawful, harassing, threatening, or infringing content, or to impersonate anyone. Don't send content you don't have the right to send. We may suspend access for misuse.

Business client terms

Service is month-to-month with no minimum term. Either side may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are not refunded on a partial month.
Fees, including any promotional or founding rate, are as stated at signup.
You are responsible for reviewing the lead summaries we deliver and for responding to your customers. We deliver information; we do not perform, price, or guarantee any job.
You are responsible for your own compliance obligations regarding calls and messages with your customers.

Availability and disclaimer

The service depends on third-party telephony, messaging, and AI providers and may be interrupted. It is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that every call is answered, that every message is delivered, or that any summary is complete or accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salytic Solutions, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business, including any job or customer not won. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the effective date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
